At HAVY, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium skincare products that meet the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product is missing from your order.

  • The product arrives with manufacturing defects.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Please email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order ID

  • Your Name

  • Photos or video of the product and package

  • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you to arrange the refund.

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect)

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
